Hey there, I'm Dexter. For over a decade, I've been obsessed with personal development and fostering a growth mindset. I've spent thousands of hours learning about psychology, identity shifting, and finding my "why". My curiosity started from a constant feeling like I was just going through the motions of life and not knowing how to tap into my potential. The reality is, many of us want to create deeper meaning in our lives, which starts with being able to figure out what drives us (our north star). For myself, it's the enjoyment I get from connecting and helping my clients to transform their lives through proven systems.

What a typical 1:1 engagement looks like with me

1. Exploratory Session (30 min) 

We start with a 30-minute session to determine if we have the right chemistry to work together. We'll discuss your goals, challenges, and what you hope to achieve through life coaching. This initial meeting helps us both decide if we're a good fit to move forward.

2. Deep Dive Sessions (1 hr each)

If we’re a match, we move into comprehensive 1-hour sessions where we evaluate and identify areas for improvement. Open and honest conversations are crucial, because this will allow us to dive deep into your current situation, challenges, and aspirations to pinpoint specific areas for growth. These sessions will allow me to lay the groundwork for creating your personalized game plan. 

3. Personalized Game Plan & Tracking

Based on our deep dive sessions, I will craft a step-by-step game plan with actionable strategies you can implement. We will review your progress regularly, track your achievements, and make necessary adjustments to ensure continuous improvement. This phase ensures that your development is measurable and sustainable. 

4. Graduation or New Goal Setting

As you reach your initial goals, we can either continue to explore new areas for improvement or prepare for graduation. The frequency of our sessions can be adjusted depending on your ongoing needs and progress. This step ensures that your improvements are maintained and that you have the kick-ass confidence to pursue new challenges independently.
