Letter for Better is operated by Limitless Lumens Pte. Ltd., a company registered in Singapore ("we", "us"). This policy explains what personal data we collect on www.letterforbetter.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
Information you give us. When you download an eBook, join the 5 Day Overthinking Reset, or use the contact form, we collect your first name, email address, and anything you write in a message.
Information collected automatically. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used (pages visited, approximate location, device type). Analytics data is aggregated and does not identify you personally to us.
We use your data to deliver the resources you request, send the emails you signed up for, respond to messages, and understand how to improve the site. We do not sell or rent personal data. Ever.
We rely on a small set of service providers to run the site: Hostinger (web hosting), Google Analytics (site analytics), MailerLite (email delivery), and Airtable (contact records). Each processes data only to provide their service to us.
Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing stops marketing emails immediately; we may retain a suppression record so we don't email you again.
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you at any time. Email hello@letterforbetter.com and we'll act on your request promptly, subject to applicable law including Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
The site is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
